I started Beans Accounting with a simple mission - to take the fear out of finance for business owners and creative minds.

I am a Chartered Business Accountant (SA), Independent Reviewer, and registered Tax Practitioner. But at heart? I’m a secret math nerd who genuinely loves seeing the numbers balance.

My Zone of Genius: While I handle all things finance, my absolute superpower is Project Accounting. I thrive on the complexity of tracking budgets for film and TV projects, events, construction, and design projects. I love digging into the details of job costing to ensure your creative vision doesn't blow the budget.

My Philosophy: I have a special interest in the 'Profit First' approach, founded by Mike Michalowicz. I believe too many entrepreneurs burn out because they forget to pay themselves. My goal is to change that, ensuring you build a business that serves you right from the beginning, not the other way around.
